Chortle Best Newcomer 2018 Nominee, Micky Overman, has a career, a flat and a boyfriend she likes. She finally feels at home. Of course, she’s not at home – she’s a foreigner, and the UK is a silly old place. Join her as she talks about identity, relationships, the Dutch, dolls, euphemisms, and finding your place. Many of these things definitely, some possibly not. It’s a work in progress after all, and they might have already been ruled out as not funny.
It’ll be a glimpse into the past and a celebration of the future but mostly it’s a show she has vowed to make: ‘a lot sillier than the last one.’ Basically just come watch her make a fool of herself.
